Len appears to be sulking because something bad/embarrassing happened to him and Miku's laughter is rubbing it in, Rin seems angry at her, Meiko is looking at her like she shouldn't be laughing, Kaito is thinking the same but is trying not to say anything, and Luka looks like she is trying not to laugh along with Miku.
