If at least one other body part of hers was similarly disloged I'd consider this a fine piece of anatomical nonsense surreal art, her face looks like it fell victim to a "pin the right eye on the anime girl" play session. Reminds me of dai3syougen's work, which is honestly kind of impressive to achieve on accident.
