As per our definitions on hard_translation and translated, original english counts as translation as well, for people who search translated looking for things they can read.
maybe an "english" tag would be a bit better? it would get rid of a bit of confusion. Hard Translations (originally Japanese or another language) can also have the Translation Tag so people can find them all in one. Just putting it out on the table
