I'm not sure why Flan isn't blonde in that game, but I really like this design, particularly its take on Laevatein.

Lost Word deals with alternate worlds IIRC- she's probably not blonde because this is an likely an alternate version of Flandre, and there's almost certainly something else at work, Touhou being what it is.

She has a blonde version of her normal EoSD self. In fact the are 4 Flandres, in which 2 aren't released yet, only datamined.

This color was very cool for me, but my appreciation dropped for a bit when I realized this color palette was not original but instead was taken from Soku
