Well it's basically about confusing actio and reactio. After all, Anime (and any other drawing) is just a stylization of the real world, not an accurate depiction.
A lot of people who like to point at images like this and try to make a point about "this is how anime would really look!!11!!1" manage to completely miss the very concept behind artistic stylization.
