(Presumably, the "t" being the cutoff of て te, and the "ry" being slang for 略 ryaku [used to show abbreviation, like when cutting short a quote or meme everyone already knows. As a postnote, I think Gintama being referenced is great in itself (especially that Silver's the one wearing the eyemask), as Gintama literally means "silver soul". Guess why my SoulSilver character's named "Tamagin"? BD

Nevermind, lemme answer my own question. Derp. It was a Silver quote all along (what he says when you first see him outside Elm's lab). "Hey you, don't stare!" (literal) or "...What are you staring at?" (looser, official English translation)
