The few males would not be used as breeding bulls for all the women. The most likely scenario is that they would be kept in comas. Chemicals that volumize sperm production would be administered so that with their seminal vesciles lobules (being hooked to machines) allowing near contant sperm to be produced and harvested.

You know, that could make for a pretty good psychological horror/dystopian setting.
A dystopia in which humans are forced into artificial comas to ensure that humanity lives on. Never getting to experience freedom, only knowing the inside of a laboratory being used to father the next generation of humans (which would probably result in very low genetic diversity and probably doom humanity anyways).
Or perhaps a psychological horror story. Live in blissful ignorance as you're cared for as you're used to father the next generation, your existence little more than a sperm bank.
Could be a potential goldmine.

I could definitely see that going on in the background of a Matrix-esque story. Robots breeding the humans to produce more humans while locking them off in the Matrix cyberverse. Humans living out their lives none the wiser, and the Robots can have all their energy needs fulfilled no problem.
