He's basically going "yeah have fun guys" as they follow the Mshe off to play her scenario. Note that the MC only S links aren't there meaning it's an Mshe game.

It's kinda like how the moment Mshe was introduced everyone forgot about Minato. Of course considering the fandom it's inevitable that a female MC would be more popular than a male one.

I saw a Youtube clip of her scene with Minako. That's Yukiko.

Hmm... i checked it up and it looks like Yukiko is another girl. She has short hair. The girl she is conversing with in the clip in Rio Iwasaki, who has her hair tied up. Yukiko has short hair when she's younger. Check out the official site or the megami wiki :)
