Actually the 'dick' itself, while it can feel pleasure, hardly feels pain when it is in an unaroused state, let alone when it is in an aroused state. I did a self study, emphasis on self, when the dick is hit both aroused and not aroused it doesn't hurt that much, but when the ballsack is it, there was a lot of pain, so yeah it probably hurt getting his dick bit(right), the guy getting his balls themselves bit(lef) will probably pass out from the pain
