    You have to be fairly well versed in Japanese Fairy Tales, but this image is likely a parody, namely of the Old Japanese folktale "Issumboshi" (Little one inch, or "The Inch High Samurai) which also has the same idea, little good guy swallowed by an Oni then attacks him (or in this case, her) from inside.
