Don't worry I don't think she has a sufficiently powerful energy source to power it at least not one that is portable.
The cap bank needed to get them to run on a conventional power source is something along the lines of what the Z machine has. Transmogrifiers need around 7 million joules power in 0.5 seconds to work.
So just don't go into her lab and you'll be ok.
Though she could still in theory use Okuu as the power source.
