That's not a proper yoga position; her head is streched too far back, that the neck would be pinching the spinal nerve.
I don't know if her shoulder is pushed foward or back that her shoulderblades are close.
Maybe if she took her shirt of I would know.

Her shirt is kindof "falling" due to gravity, making her look ever-so 5cm wider than normal. You'd see her neck while obviously not in a position normal to humans, its not a fatal position either.
