You haven't actually played IN, have you? Mokou doesn't give a shit, Kaguya is the one who sends assassins to kill her, even that she knows Mokou is immortal, which annoys the living shit out of Mokou.
By the way, with Mokou being Extra boss and Kaguya stage 6 boss, the power gap between them is awfully obvious. The only depiction of your standard tsundere Mokou always fighting airheaded NEET Kaguya but actually liking her, is in Inaba of the Moon, Inaba of the Earth, which brutally differs from the usual ZUN's canon in terms of character personalities and is generally considered a semi-canon comedy rather than actual storyline.
