伊賀出身。福部流朱月一派頭領・福部正成の次男、福部正廣の長女。剣山中学二年生。環の従姉妹。

環を姉のように慕っているが、中学二年生時点で発育が全てにおいて環に勝ってしまい、並んでいると風奈の方が姉に見られることがしばしばある。
