Don't quote me, but is that an Undertale reference? I vaguely remember an enemy that'd get offscreen if you kept interacting with it.
Lesser Dog You can pet it, and every time you do, its neck extends a little bit. It can extend far off screen, and iirc it'll eventually come back down the way the Tako does here. Artist's response to someone asking if it's an Undertale joke is "It can be 😄" Which I guess means it's not explicitly a reference to it?
