Danbooru policy is to tag what you see, unless it's a case of "artist draws a girl and calls it a boy", in which tag what you know, unless it's not revealed immediately, like Hoshikawa Lily for example, in which case tag what you see after all, unless it's Bridget, in which case tag as 1boy unless some arbitrary criteria are fulfilled.
tl;dr Bridget being tagged as a boy is dumb shit that has been grandfathered in and to this day people still can't agree on a non-retarded way to deal with this. You'll have better chances bringing it up in the forums again than if you complain in the comments.
