Perhaps. Out of the few Rule 34 pics on pixiv, she is indeed depicted as a hermaphrodite. Then again, the majority of those pics are also crap.
Doesn't really help that Ruko's characterization is pretty much inconsistent and nonexistent anyway as most don't seem to touch upon that particular topic, unlike with Ristu whose trap status stuck with him.
So I'll just keep believing that Ruko is 100% female until the fandom says otherwise. Dunno why it bothers me this much though.
