Ah biggy man. Splaterhouse, the original if I'm not mistaken. Might be SH two though. I think there ought to be more survival horror games out there and think the idea of putting a hentai twist on it is made of win.

Almost looks like Sakuya was turned into a scrapper, from Silent Hill 3... though lacking hands and having the blades bound to her stumps instead of holding them on tonfa like weapons.
