Late reply but hot take: it may be due to the fact AL fans dont know and dont interact with KC unlike KC fans who due to AL broad popularity they do interact with it and due to them being less that means less fanarts. AL fanartists rather would want to spend their time drawing something trending with T&A instead.

And as we can see this artists does more KC fanarts so he comes from KC probably. Also doesnt help that AL Jervis seems to not be that popular from what i can see.

When you touch the subject "Azur Lane and Kantai Collection Crossovers", I'm all for more. We had more artists doing crossover art some years back.

But I can still remember how toxic fans one game where towards the fans of the other, back when AL had started.

We can't have nice things because of toxic people, I guess.
