I agree. Frying it in batter makes an attractive presentation, but it's going to be so tough and gristly as to be inedible. They ought to be stewing or braising it instead, to break down the connective tissue so it turns out tender and flavorful.

This is actually what happened with Mao Sugiyama, he had his penis removed and invited people to eat his penis which was professionally cooked and people had a hard time eating it.
