But prehaps it's a generic naruto ninja?
but then again this artist (on danbooru) hasn't draw antthing else naruto, so I'm going to remove the 'naruto' tag and add 'ninja'

Its actually a character from doujin called Sacrifice Heroes: Sex Ninja Misogi by eroquis
