Yeah, I'm getting an error in my browser console about the video format being 3gpp, which Firefox apparently only supports in mobile. Doing some research indicates also that the video format is basically deprecated and I have no idea why it's being used here.

Firefox is just complaining to me that it doesn't have a decoder for video/3gpp. I looked up 3gpp and found that Firefox only supports displaying that on mobile (Android, iPhone, etc.). There's nothing to fix because it can't be fixed. You can use Chrome/Edge to view the video though, they work fine.
