Well pihip if you didnt know that girl in Imperial Japanese Army uniform is named Ishima Kaigen and she is from eroge visual novel Hanachirasu by Nitro+

I do not own the game and I have not found any real and trustworthy information about her.

It makes me rather sad because she seems interesting character.
