I have but it can't happen with slaked lime! Slaked lime doesn't explode. Nor does it burn, which is kinda a prerequisite for exploding.
(I suppose you can cause an explosion if you, I dunno, dump it into a vat of strong acid or something, but that's a steam explosion instead. Caused by water flash-boiled into steam by heat, not by the powder exploding.)

Calcium hydroxide. Can be used to mark lines on grass, though this is banned in most places nowadays in favor of less caustic calcium carbonate.
Alternatively, also used to clean stalls in stables and other livestock stalls. Though umas prolly don't need that...
