Look she is blushing. It means nobody HAD ever make a confession to her. She is just... acting a little bit of tsun-dere.

Does anyone else think the confessor was originally adult, but after confessing Keine changed history to prevent such an embarrassing situation?

She's not EX-Keine, so I don't think she currently has the ability to change history, only hide it.

Of course, if she did change history at some point as EX-Keine, one would wonder why she would go out of her way...
