Put everyone, even though they're missing folk like Wally and nearly all of the DPP NPCs. Weird, though, that despite the titling, Kris is in and the RS GLs are lined up 'cordin' to E.
I'm more of the mind that the "everyone" tag be used for, well, everyone, or at least close to everyone. This is a lot of characters, but as far as Pokémon goes it's nowhere near everyone.

Well, it has the main characters, and a lot of the supporting cast of an extremely large cast, so I figure it goes for everyone, but it's not near all-encompassing enough for absolutely_everyone; D/P/P's shafting shouldn't negate the to-the-brim filling of the other three, eh?
