This is the picture from the perfect ending, for getting 50k from Doom mode (unlocked by finishing the normal game with 40k points or more). There's one more unlock after this one -- 100k gets you a photo of a bloody picture of the rabbit drawings Uuji drew to try and get Irisu to kill him.
