I think its less a matter of having anything to hide, and more a matter of sacrifice. She's willing to go through whatever terrible things she's repressed or kept hidden if it means helping a friend in need.

With how frank Yuugi is in this comic and the fact oni don't lie I doubt she has much to hide anyways.

I have a hard time believing Yuugi hides anything. She pretty much says and does what she wants when she wants to.
