Welcome to the new world where lone serious artists will adapt to these tools and create animations or projects that would require more than five people. Meanwhile those that stick to only Photoshop will complain about new technologies, in the same way paper and pencil artists did when digital art took their jobs because they didn't know how to operate a PC.
