There's probably also some spill-over from the more justifiably down-voted few other posts this user uploaded. It is a really dumb thing to down-vote based on the uploader or their actions though. One should (IMHO) vote based on the art and its content rather than that of the metadata or uploader.

The subject here is controversial too, so there's that, and it could be construed as borderline off-topic, but the quality is fine at least.

The uploader was a serial sockpuppeteer SydBarrett (user #965798) who uploaded a lot of arts in various accounts in variable quality (mainly One Piece and Naruto) then deleted it soon after. They also rarely posted controversial world figures arts (like Putin, Xi, and Che Guevara) for the reason I still don't know.

Or possibly I confused the last part for someone else, but the thing is, the "delete the account soon after" fits this user's usual behaviour.

The quality is subpar, if it weren't, it'd make up for showing tsar Khuylo's face around here.
