Is this just an AI-generated expansion on the child post? The chairs are inconsistent, the additional part of the tray appears off for the curve, existing textures are blurred out of existence, you can see an error where the table curve is flat instead because it confuses the border between the chair and table, etc.

For example the counter has a wooden texture in the original, it's a solid textureless mass here. Cocoa's dress has a subtle diamond patterned, but it's mostly gone in this version. One of the desserts has one of those little cards which in the original can be read and says "Maid for you." You'd never be able to figure out it says something here.

This post in particular was probably expanded on its own, but judging by this tweet it is safe to assume that the parent post is AI as well.
