Blue Archive's first artbook credits the memorial scene illustrators which is pretty cool, a lot of them are different from the character artists. Not all, though—this one looks like DoReMi's work to me though I'm in no rush to tag it.

I know it's available online but I just ordered it physically so I'll try to fill up the artists when it arrives ;)
