If I remember correctly... wine or any alcoholic drink makes you dehydrate faster...
Depends on how high is the alcoholic content is too though. And if the wine is not fortified, a good chance is that it'd not be that high in alcoholic content. And how wine came to be fortified took a long time to be discovered so yeah, who knows.
But yes, in general, alcoholic beverages dehyrate you quickly.
