    I think they switched part of their personalities...
    Ran is worried about getting old, Yukari is as active as a young cat in spring and Chen seems like the dutyful servant upholding that parasol over "her" master.

    They are still themselves somehow... but different in some parts.

    At least that's my take on this pic.
