Sakuya was a stage 5 boss actually, as well as a stage six midboss. And she was upgraded to playable status for PC and IN. And I think the epic is going to be coming up, actually. I have a hunch that the fight hasn't really started yet.
A stage 6 versus a stage 5? To be fair Sakuya was a playable before so the odds here are nice. Plus rage. You wouldn't eat a Mystic with her clothes on would you?

I agree that in a full out duel between Utsuho and Sakuya, Utsuho would definitely carry more firepower; however in this circumstance Sakuya is outmaneuvering her in terms of strategy and hence avoiding a direct confrontation. It also seems that here Utsuho has complete overconfidence in her abilities, and therefore would be privy to misjudging her opponent and likewise not taking her serious enough, leaving a opening for Sakuya to exploit.
In battle, timing is often the essence, and who else is in better control of time?
And in all fairness, the battle hasn't concluded yet either.

Great idea, with one problem. Neturon absorbers cancel out FISSION reactions.
Utsuho isn't doing fission. She's doing FUSION. H + H ==> He types of things. She doesn't give a damn about neutrons.
