Friend of mine who use to work at the ER overnight said there was a couple that had came in and the boyfriend was trying to claw his ear off. He already knew what it was. A cockroach was in his ear and couldn't get out. Apparently it's one of the worse pains to deal with because of the hair on their legs rubbing inside your ear.
