We can probably assume the hairball toy thing/eldritch abomination was either made beforehand and kept stored inside a hidden compartment to be dispensed at times like this, or she’s like an actual cat and she coughed up whatever debris or other things she ‘swallowed’ (maybe she has a vacuum function?) into the hairball.
