Is this the best speed he can reach if he's trying to run away?...But even if i'm wrong and he tries to run away, it wouldn't be a problem to me since i can catch him again...And even if he tries to struggle, i can easily subdue him...Now we just need to figure out a strategy for the rest of the weekend...
