Germany was completely destroyed and he rebuild it in just 4 years! South Africa has been getting help since the late '50's and they're still not completely rebuild from previous wars. Rebuild Germany? He made a gang that took over Germany. Besides, Germany was much worse off after he left it. Compare Germany's territory before and after WWII, they lost a shitton of land.
