At least in theory, Yukari can be killed. Mokou and Kaguya on the other hand(Eirin still in theory) can not be killed no matter what. Unless we can go the DBZ Cell route.

Yeah Yukari is one of the few people who can get away with it more or less. Now if it was anyone else... then chances are it'd be nice knowing you indeed.

Most likely because the average Danbo visitor is not going to know what Yukari is capable of doing and are going to see one woman visually pissed off at another for stealing her top. A "Tag what you see, not what you know." sort of thing.
