So, the blue thing on the right seems to be a foil bag that new magazines and weapon parts come in for Grots. It's not up to scale, it should be a lot smaller, but that's really the only thing I can think of. The "lollipop-like" object is a part of a cleaning rod, part of a larger cleaning kit (containing the brushes she carries on her thigh) issued in those little pouches just under her shoe.
Artist made his research and a lot of her gear looks just like it does IRL and that makes me unreasonably happy.
