It's because of the Similarities. Lots of people at Pixiv tend to do that a lot. AND its because it's MUGEN.
Jin has already been released for MUGEN, but I don't know about Ragna.
The basis of MUGEN Pairings are all about "Similarities"(Although, some may not abide to these Conditions)
I've researched about those Characters on that Picture and here's the "Similarities" I've found out. (From left to right)
