Assuming hair color is static as opposed to it being more likely in this cracked out version of the setting that Koharu is just a rarity among JTF mob-chans, mutated at her middle school before she entered, or that this is just a JTF-exclusive thing and she wasn't JTF from day 1, The closest would be... the pinkish-red-haired Tea Party Militants?
Funny enough her being former TPM would explain why she goes so hard against ecchi things as a way of "hiding" her own pervertedness. Like the early teen girl version of the politician who rails against "degeneracy" and ends up being caught in a drug-fueled orgy, in this version of the setting she hates her own tendencies because it was considered beyond low when she was initially part of the gossip-prone, opportunistic, and judgemental environment the Tea party militia is.
