Her hair style is not particularly good, it's suposed to be punk rock inspired, but it feels too childish to be punk and too out of place to be moe. The cut scene where she plays with her hair loose shows a better look and she actually looks a lot more rockish as it abandones the moe pretentions. Her design, just as her kit, is pushing in two diferent directions, not comiting to any one. That said, her desing always had potential, so a few changes should be enough to give her the punk rock aesthetic they were going for.
