Fixed some of the translations to make more sense.

That said, I sort of expected this outcome. But that doesn't cheapen out the effect it has. That said, it is all thanks to Youmu forgiving Sakuya for slaying her once.

So the author covered up why after PCB, Sakuya is never seen with the red scarf. Nice, I said.

Hunh? But that ignores the original point of the red scarf, though... Remilia gave it to Sakuya because it was, after all, still Winter when Sakuya went out. It was important as a sign of the way the relationship between Sakuya and Remilia worked.

Having Sakuya just chuck away the token of Remilia's concern for her to get one from Youmu basically makes it like Sakuya has little concern for Remilia as soon as the new girl she's scoring yuri points with shows up.
