Why, is it not logical to think Alice and Patchouli have met through Marisa, as much as that can lead to a pairing on its own right?
Of course, it is naughty from Mezzo to suggest Marisa had had her way with both of them in the meantime... but let the poor guy keep his naughty fantasies, for Moriya's sake!
This actually is one of my favorite pairings. I kind of like the notion of two somewhat deadpan and sarcastic/tsundereish characters beating around the bush. Plus it frees both of them from the emotional rollercoaster that chasing Marisa would force them to endure as she flits about with a dozen other girls.
In this set, I especially like the shoulder carry and holding from behind.
