Sorry. I don't know much about those characters to tell if it's tell or not. Just found it a little while ago.

nana doesn't wear glasses.

Style looks very close though, Nana to Kaoru or not. Not 100% sure though.

in the manga photo shoot nana was wearing a school swimsuit. chapter 13. still it looks similar.

Looks like it's by the artist of Toshiue no Hito..

Looked at the gallery here for that artist. I can see the similarities, but I'm unsure if that's enough to qualify adding the tag to this. I know people get easily upset over mis-tagged articles.
