Nah, just an isekai'd Elf mistakenly revered as Nagamimi-sama that has been in Japan as long as it's founding and developed extreme hikkikomori and (lately) and a huge otaku (since Perry's age).

You should actually watch it if you like slice of life anime to any extent, as it is among the best of it's kind (and underrated). Good chill, good comedy, good production value.
Idk why you automatically assumed it was a cheap seasonal waifu, especially under a post that points out how the characters present are pretty much not designed to be coomer bait. If Elda was a seasonal trendy waifu i'm pretty sure you'd have heard of her in 2023
