Kyle - Butt Out! - After a lame performing group try to encourage kids not to smoke, the kids take smoking to avoid becoming like one of them.

Stan - The Losing Edge - The baseball outfit that the kids wear when they grudgingly forced to play in the baseball tournament.

Butters - Marjorine - Butters' crossdressing appearance he wore to sneak in the girls' slumber party.

Kenny - Most of early episodes - His appearance when he pretty much died.

Cartman - Imaginationland - Cartman's outfit when he went to find Kyle.

Clyde - The List - Clyde's appearance after finding out that his the number one on the girls' cuteness list. The shoe represent how his dad owns the local shoe store.
