I don't quite get it myself but I know solitary means alone, and her left hand is rock and her right is scissors.. i feel sorry for her playing on her own :(

Jibun-Janken ('Self-Rock-Paper-Scissors') or Hitori-Janken ('Solo-Rock-Paper-Scissors') is a kind of the solitary play.
It means that one's left hand faces off against one's right hand with rock-paper-scissors. In fact, if you want to let your one hand win a complete victory, you need to concentrate.

I guess the missing translation word "solitary" really gives a meaning sense here, thanks for adding it and explaining

I think your mind instinctively gives your more dominating hand the command first leaving your reacting portion of your brain to choose the choice to Win

I think it's pointing to the fact that Reisen makes the shape of a gun when she uses danmaku with her right hand. Thus, it goes to the next best thing: scissors.
